Hi,
IMHO – if you are like me you are probably becoming allergic to ‘something,’ or ‘perhaps’ have been infected from bacteria within dirt or dust, that then causes skin eruptions/rashes/itches/scale/blisters, while a weakened immune system from an allergic reaction to poisonous-toxins will then also simultaneously promote fungal-bacteria infections.
Monistat 7, Desenex, and Head and Shoulders are anti-fungals but you really need to see an MD to better understand how difficult it is for them to diagnose severe skin maladies, and then minimally use any meds that are prescribed in order to allow your body’s immune system and skin organ to repair and grow stronger, which will then prevent reoccurrences in the future.
Due to my own weakened skin and organ systems that have been unable to handle much poison since when I was an asthmatic teen and could not use deodorants - I have learned to use hypo-allergenic non-perfumed soaps and to sometimes powder different portions of my body with cornstarch to help minimize yeast infections, whenever my micro-nutritional absorption within my gut has been less than it should be to continually repair my body.
Even though I might not have answered your question as ‘specifically’ as you may have wanted, to help you with simple and concise information on ALL itch rash illnesses and for short and long term solutions to them ALL - the following link has considerable info within a ‘report’ I recently posted on Y_A:
The report at qid=20091113104039AAbnGet is an accumulation of my own investigations into itch rash illnesses that is ‘now’ due to my own non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, even though I have a fairly low BMI of 26. Back when my malady was at its worst - I used to be allergic to my own sweat that I was burning off during exercise or after showering - during a time in my life when I used to have considerable toxins stored within my body fat and a ‘very’ weakened immune system and skin organ.
I eventually learned that itching or rashes are symptoms of maladies that could become much worse if not healed with better non-toxic micro-nutritional choices. So since the medical profession was not very helpful to me and it took me ‘almost’ too long to understand what I am now attempting to teach others, I now take a little time each week to help others understand the need for non-toxic and ‘adequate’ micro-nutritional absorption in the gut AND for good hygiene which will then prevent or minimize every ‘dis-ease’ I am aware of.
Finally, because I am not an MD who could diagnose you ‘personally,’ I feel I should add that although I have seen that most root problems for 'skin' issues for myself and others has usually ‘always’ been from long and or short term allergic reactions to 'something' or poor hygiene COMBINED WITH a weakened lymph liver kidney skin and immune systems - IF the following symptoms would ever occur - I ‘think’ the worst rash one might possibly have quickly acquired is from deadly bacterial meningitis, ALTHOUGH bacterial meningitis would be VERY RARE.
The two quotes below are from: <> http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bacterial_M… <>
<>
“IF a rash is present, it may indicate a particular cause of meningitis; for instance, meningitis caused by meningococcal bacteria may be accompanied by a characteristic rash.”
<>
<>
“The MOST common symptoms of meningitis are headache and neck stiffness associated with fever, confusion or altered consciousness, vomiting, and an inability to tolerate light (photophobia) or loud noises (phonophobia). SOMETIMES, especially in small children, only nonspecific symptoms may be present, such as irritability and drowsiness.”

What you describe isn't a sign of breast cancer; it sounds more like a skin condition.
A quick look at your Q&A show that you're 19 or 20; as such, your chances of having breast cancer are very close to zero anyway.
It's almost unheard of in under 25s, and fewer than 0.1% of all those diagnosed with it are under 30. Only 5% are under 40, and most (80%) are over 50.
I was classed as a 'younger woman' when I was diagnosed with breast cancer; I was 50.
You don't have symptoms of breast cancer and you're in an age group where it's just about unknown, so stop worrying about breast cancer.
Sounds like a rash or bug bite. Maybe you're allergic to something in your bra or some other product you are using every day if it keeps coming back.
Cancer would usually be a bump and you don't really feel it unless you're looking for it.
Building muscle mass brings a host of benefits. It’ll make you stronger, of course, but it’ll also boost your flexibility. It’ll increase your overall health. And it will certainly make you look more attractive. When you increase your muscle mass, you become a more confident, energetic person.
Too often, though, people, eager to achieve these benefits, turn to unnatural ways to build this muscle mass. They hope to find a magic product that will build their muscles more quickly.
Unfortunately, there are no short cuts when it comes to building muscles. But the good news is that anyone can increase the size of their muscles through natural body building methods.
Here are five steps you can take to increase your muscle mass with natural body building:
If you follow these five tips, you will build your muscle mass naturally. Just remember to never overdo your natural body building sessions; if you do, the odds are great that you’ll either burn out and quit or suffer a nagging, long-term injury.
Women and men spend millions of dollars every year attempting to improve the quality and health of their skin. They spend time and money on products and services to refinish the surface of their skin only to return to habits and routines that continue to damage both their skin and bodies. Most cosmetic and beauty products contain additives, preservatives, and chemicals designed to improve appearances at the cost of health. Not only do conventional cosmetics clog pores and weigh down skin, they also contain harmful toxins that absorb into the blood stream and into the body.
Companies create conventional cosmetics and beauty products using oils and fillers that weigh down skin and clog the pores. Although some of these products create the appearance of smooth, even skin, bacteria and dirt become trapped in the skin by the oils in conventional cosmetics and create pimples and blemishes. Most men and women then resort to even more cosmetic use to cover up these skin problems, resulting in an even greater incidence of clogged pores. Skin absorbs the oils and fillers in conventional cosmetics resulting in makeup that literally weighs down the face. Not only does foundation and powder look heavy, it also feels heavy. This heavy feeling results from not just the skin?s absorption of the product, but also the inability of the skin to breath.
The heavy binders and fillers of conventional cosmetics also contain chemical additives that are harmful to the body. Conventional beauty products such as foundation, blush, eye shadow, and bronzer contain a myriad of binders, toxins and dyes that absorb into the blood stream. A build up of such chemicals can produce allergic reactions and increased sensitivity in some men and women. Some of these allergies and sensitivities can result in chronic conditions and sustained sensitivity to conventional dyes, cosmetics and perfumes. Hypoallergenic products have risen as a result of consumers? needs to use products less harmful on the body. Although most of these products still contain fillers that clog skin, the rise of products for sensitive skin proves that consumers have reacted poorly to conventional cosmetics.
Naked Minerals contains no additives, dyes, colors, fillers, binders, waxes, or any other ingredient beyond natural minerals. The Naked Minerals makeup is all-natural and uses only the finest minerals to create a cosmetic that improves skin appearance and quality without clogging pores. There are no oils in Naked Minerals that traditionally clog pores, and the weightless feel and function of Naked Minerals allows skin to breathe. Naked Minerals is completely hypoallergenic with none of the toxins or chemicals traditionally found in conventional cosmetics. All of the colors are naturally derived from their mineral origin and none contain the heavy oils found in conventional cosmetics.

The days of bright blue eye shadow and slathered on blush are gone with the wind! If you are in desperate need of a make up freshen up, consider these hot trends in cosmetics. These latest colors, tips, and techniques are just what anyone needs to update a look or make the change into a new season. Remember that your cosmetics do have an expiration date, so keep this in mind when shopping for new make up. With each season, carefully look through your make up kit and discard any items that are outdated. This is critical, especially with eye make up that can expire and potentially cause painful infections. Also, remember not to share your make up with anyone else to prevent spread of germs and infection.
Today’s latest trends in cosmetics reflect the fashion trends—shimmer and shine! From super glossy lip gloss to candy like eye make up with glitter to make your eyes truly pop. This trend only applies to eyes, lips, and nails, however, since cream and matte finishes is hot for foundations, powders, and blush. In addition to shimmer and shine, the color of eye and lip make up is quite subtle. Gone are the vibrant colors and eye popping shades of eye shadow. Instead, pale browns, ivories, grays, tans, and other natural colors are all the rage. Lip shades are also a bit more subdued, with a nude lip or a sheer pink gloss being incredibly hot.
A drug-free hair loss product, from a surprising source, may be the new answer to thinning hair, alopecia, and male pattern baldness.
“You have no idea what it’s like,” says Joe Rice, a 60-year-old professional from Fort Wayne, Indiana. “I started losing my hair in my twenties. It’s miserable. It has a way of shaping your whole life.”
Joe’s worn a toupee for years. No one sees him without it, not even his closest friends. He’s tried “just about everything” to stop hair loss, including Rogaine and Propecia, without success. But deep down, he still holds out hope.

All pregnant women will agree that the first few months of pregnancy are unpleasant, to say the least. You may experience morning sickness, swelling in the legs and ankles, abdominal pains and cramps, heartburn, constipation, fatigue, bladder problems, and a myriad of problems in between. The goal of this article is to help you deal with these issues and feel better.
Morning Sickness
Morning sickness is probably the most common of the pregnancy symptoms. Don’t be fooled; morning sickness nausea will come at any time of the day, not just in the morning. To help prevent nausea in the morning, wake up slowly. Try eating some plain crackers or dry cereal before getting out of bed. Avoid warm places; heat can increase nauseas feelings. Keep fresh air flowing by opening windows, or turning on exhaust fans. Cooking things in the microwave will emit fewer odors than cooking in the oven or stovetop. Eat something salty before meals, avoid greasy or spicy foods, and try not to drink fluids with your meals. Spread your meals out throughout the day, into about 6 smaller meals. Try taking your prenatals later in the day, and ask your doctor about vitamin B6 and ginger supplements. Sipping on fizzy water with lemon in it, or non-caffeinated teas like peppermint and ginger can help calm nausea.

People across America are lining up for flu shots, buying cold and cough medications, and researching which antibiotics that might need this winter. Despite all this elaborate planning, there are surprisingly few people who remember two of the low tech staples that can be first line defenses against seasonal illness: exercise and Beta Glucan oat fiber (ß-glucan).
Both moderate exercise and Beta Glucan have long been thought to increase immune system function, and thus protect against infection. A new research study explores the possibly benefits of combining the two.

The urgency and reality of a flu pandemic has certainly been explained to us through media, government and our own medical establishment. Is the Avian Flu threat a “real” threat? No one really knows. Many say that it is just hype and maybe so. But it’s always wise to have a plan and to be prepared, no matter what. And it may not be very wise to take a gamble with health by throwing caution to the wind. We have put together SURVIVING FLU PANDEMICS: PLAN - PREPARE - PREVENT hoping to instill calm and prevent paranoia and panic. Education is empowering and is always the first step toward planning and preparedness. Living in fear does not allow a person to make good decisions. Our desire is to provide natural solutions (ones that will not harm health or well-being) that can be implemented right now.
According to Dr. Loretta Lanphier, “Vaccinations are not the answer. We must understand that the body has self-healing mechanisms—even against Avian Flu. The flu does not have to be feared or worried about as long as it is understood that natural methods can be implemented successfully for safe and natural healing and that planning, preparation and prevention are of vital importance.”
